Bruno Fischer is the President and CEO of the Satisloh Group. Having joined the company in 2001, he has just celebrated his 20th anniversary. Bruno holds a degree in finance and an MBA from the IMD (Institute for Management Development). Before joining Satisloh, Bruno worked for Carlo Gavazzi AG and was the Head of Finance & Administration for Camfil AG. 

By making sure that Satisloh has the right people, the right priorities and the right tools to efficiently produce the best quality machines with leading technology, Bruno contributes to the art of making lenses. He is fully embedded in the company and loves just about everything about his job; from products, to customers and team members, to the truly global footprint Satisloh has.

Before his career in ophthalmics and precision optics, as a child, Bruno wanted to be a singer songwriter. However, his first ever job was selling cheese in his parents’ shop, where he loved the contact with people. If he came with a warning sign it would say, “I might talk to you…”
