Irene Boog joined Satisloh in 2019 as the VP of Global HR and is based at the headquarters in Baar, Switzerland. She holds a degree in Human Resources Management and is a certified Coach. Irene started her career as a HR Coordinator and has since been in the HR industry for over a decade in corporate HR leadership and consulting roles. A curious individual by nature, Irene has gained experience working across various industries.

Irene is convinced that every person on the Satisloh team plays an important role and that the success is down to team effort. This team spirit combined with the open, hands-on mentality is what Irene likes the most about working at Satisloh. She is finding that the global setup as well as the opportunities, interactions and exposure to other cultures brings the team closer together. 

If Irene had a superpower it would be the ability to spread happiness and she would come with a warning label saying ‘feed when “hangry.”’ Describing herself as an animal, Irene considers herself a chameleon and she dreams of going horseback riding in Mongolia.
