Javier Florez is the Head of Region for Latin America & Caribbean; He is Colombian and is based in Brazil. He joined Satisloh in 2015 as Regional Sales Manager and quickly expanded his responsibilities across multiple countries. In 2020, he was promoted to LATAM & Caribbean Sales Director, where he led his team to achieve record-breaking sales for five consecutive years. His outstanding leadership and strategic vision paved the way for his current role as Head of Region.

Javier holds an Optometry degree from Universidad La Salle in Colombia and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil. He has also completed studies in Finance, General Management, Business Strategy, and Sustainability-Driven Innovation to strengthen his leadership capabilities.

Known for his optimism and ability to motivate others, Javier nurtures a culture of innovation by encouraging a systemic mindset and strong critical thinking across his teams. He values honesty, customer empathy and the development of trusted relationships with both internal and external partners. These principles guide his leadership and collaborative approach. Above all, he strives to create meaningful, lasting value for people and the organization while delivering sustainable long-term results.

Outside of work, Javier enjoys quality time with his family, cycling, and playing the guitar. A lifelong learner, he loves exploring new languages. If he had a superpower, it would be the ability to multiply time, so he could balance his passion for leadership, learning and family even more.
