Pascal Elsener joined Satisloh in 2013 and is the Head of Region, EMEA & India. Based in Satisloh Baar, he moved from global aftermarket operations to his current role in [insert year]. Pascal holds a degree in Engineering (ETH Zürich) and an Executive MBA (IMD Lausanne). He has 20 years of professional experience. Before joining Satisloh, he supported companies in the B2B environment to innovate their business model by leveraging the relationship with key customers to drive profitable business growth.

Pascal really likes the creativity and variety his role brings. Working with customers, he is able to offer them support in optimizing their production. Building partnerships is a key component of Pascal’s role and by helping customers, he strengthens partnerships across borders. 

When not at work, Pascal loves the outdoors and is a keen sailor – he enjoys a day with his family out on the water. He’s very much a people person, so if he was given €1 million to spend in a day, he would donate 90% to charity and spend the rest on throwing a big party for his friends.
